Nature of the service

Access to the content is provided online, using personal login details, once registration or purchase is complete.

The content is intended for personal, private use only, and may not be transferred, shared, sold or used commercially in any form.

User obligations

Cancellations and refunds

Availability and changes

The site operator may update, change, remove or add content at its sole discretion.

Access may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, technical faults or factors outside the site operator’s control, and the user waives any claim in this regard in advance.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the content, including copyright, designs, methods, trademarks and any other material, belong solely to the site operator.

Neither registration nor purchase grants the user any right in the content, other than a personal, limited and non-transferable right of use.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.

Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute lies with the competent courts of the Haifa District, Israel.

Enquiries and corrections

If a user believes an error has occurred in any content, information or publication, they should contact the site operator directly using the contact details below.

Enquiries raised in public comments, on social networks or in discussion groups do not constitute a formal enquiry and will not require a response. Every enquiry received will be examined on its merits, and where necessary the error will be corrected within a reasonable period. This does not constitute an admission of responsibility or liability of any kind.
